R. Luki Rahayu Agung, also known as Luki, Luks, or luksluki, is a frontend engineer and systems integration specialist based in Bandung, Indonesia. He is the founder and lead architect of ELCODE (elcode.id), an independent software studio. Over more than six years he has built analytical platforms, data visualization systems, and applied AI experiments for public-sector planning, most notably on the SKALA Program with Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. His work spans React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, and retrieval-augmented AI pipelines, with a focus on turning complex datasets into usable decision tools.

Luki Rahayu Agung, also known as Luki, Luks, or luksluki, is a frontend engineer and systems integration specialist based in Bandung, Indonesia, and the founder and lead architect of ELCODE (elcode.id), an independent software studio. He has more than six years of experience designing and building complex digital systems, with a focus on public-sector analytical platforms, data visualization, and applied AI. Since 2023 he has worked on the SKALA Program with Kementerian PPN/Bappenas and DT Global, where he architected frontend systems and integrations for Kanvas Analisis, Analisis Intervensi & Anggaran, SEPAKAT Edu, and regional fiscal analytics. His engineering work centers on translating dense statistical and policy data into interfaces that planners can actually use, and on integrating APIs, authentication, and AI/RAG services without sacrificing reliability. He works primarily with React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. Before DT Global he worked as a frontend engineer at BaKTI Foundation and PT Exaditama Teknologi Kreativa. He studied at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). Through ELCODE he builds studio-owned products such as ELCODE Studio OS, and writes about engineering judgment at elcode.id/journal.
